Ciril Tarot Altruistic ("we", "us", "our") offers online tarot consultations. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you book or attend a session, how we use it, and the choices you have. By booking a consultation or using this website, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect information directly from you when you book a session or contact us, including:
- Your name, email address, and phone number, provided when booking a slot via Calendly.
- Scheduling details, such as your selected date, time, and time zone.
- Any questions or context you choose to share with Ciril before or during a reading.
- Messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. Our services are intended for adults seeking personal guidance.
2. How your information is used
- To schedule your session and send a Google Meet link and calendar confirmations.
- To prepare for and personalize your reading.
- To send your written reading summary and any follow-up notes to your own email address only.
- To respond to questions you send us and manage rescheduling or cancellations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your information for advertising or marketing without your consent.
3. Confidentiality of readings
Every consultation is treated as fully confidential. Sessions are never recorded. Notes may only be taken with your comfort and awareness, and your card spread and any written summary are sent solely to your own email address — never shared with any other person or organization.
4. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to run consultations, and your information is shared with them only as necessary to deliver our service:
- Calendly — to manage bookings, scheduling, and reminders.
- Google Meet / Google Calendar — to host the live video session.
- Email and WhatsApp — to communicate with you before and after your session.
These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data, and we encourage you to review them.
5. Data retention
We retain booking and communication records only as long as needed to provide our services, respond to your enquiries, and meet reasonable business or legal record-keeping needs. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, as described in Section 7 below.
6. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, including relying on the security practices of our booking and video-conferencing providers. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
- You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information.
- You may opt out of future communications from us at any time.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
