1. Our services

We offer online tarot consultations conducted live over Google Meet, covering areas such as love, career, finances, family, spiritual guidance, decision-making, and general readings. Standard sessions run for 30 minutes, with a written and digital summary provided afterward.

2. Booking a session

• Sessions are booked through our Calendly scheduling tool, which automatically generates a Google Meet link upon confirmation.
• Availability is generally Monday–Friday, 11 AM–7 PM IST, and Sunday, 7 PM–10 PM IST.
• Bookings can be made up to 60 days in advance, and require at least 2 days' notice before the session.

3. Pricing

A 30-minute tarot reading is priced at ₹501. Any time used beyond the initial 30 minutes is billed at ₹20 per minute. Prices are subject to change; the price shown at the time of booking will apply to your session.

4. Cancellations & rescheduling

• Cancellation is permitted any time before the scheduled meeting.
• Rescheduling is available directly through the Calendly link sent in your confirmation email.
• No refunds are issued once a session has been booked and paid for.
• If you're unsure whether you can attend, it's better to reschedule in advance than to cancel outright.

5. Preparing for your session

We recommend coming to your session with your questions already in mind — up to 3 questions works well for a focused 30-minute reading. A little preparation goes a long way toward a useful, meaningful session.

6. Confidentiality

Every session is treated as fully confidential. Sessions are never recorded. Notes are taken only with your comfort and awareness, and your card spread and any written summary are sent solely to your own email address.

7. Nature of readings — disclaimer

Tarot readings offered by Ciril Tarot Altruistic are intended for guidance, reflection, and personal insight only.

Readings reflect present-moment energies and possibilities rather than guaranteed outcomes. All decisions made based on a reading remain the sole responsibility of the client. If you are facing a medical, legal, financial, or mental health concern, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

8. Client conduct

We ask that clients engage respectfully during sessions. We reserve the right to end a session early, without refund, in cases of abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward Ciril or any representative of Ciril Tarot Altruistic.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ciril Tarot Altruistic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or reliance on any reading. Our total liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

10. Technology & connectivity

Sessions are conducted live over Google Meet. While we take reasonable steps to ensure a smooth connection, we are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet connectivity, device issues, or third-party platform outages on either side. If a technical issue significantly disrupts your session, please contact us so we can find a fair resolution, such as rescheduling the remaining time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
